Celebuzz is reporting that Josh Hutcherson has just purchased a new home in Hollywood Hills. Take a look at some pictures of this great house!

According to Real Estalker, the 19-year-old Hunger Games actor has snapped up a spacious new home nestled in the Hollywood Hills — andCelebuzz has a peek inside his new modern digs.

Surrounded by plenty of nature, the home not only has a fun nickname, but an interesting history of owners as well.

Josh’s new 1,861 square foot, two bedroom, two bath home has been dubbed The Tree House, “due to its sylvan roost in a thick sycamore grove near the tippy top of Laurel Canyon.” Also, back in 2004, one of the home’s previous owners included talk show host Ellen DeGeneres, who just had yet another famous face (Ryan Seacrest) buy her Beverly Hills estate.

    OMG I love Josh Hutcherson so much! he is so adorable and the best actor in the world! Oh, what I would do to know him (or better him know me!) I would probably faint though! I am like so astonished with his new house. It is so gorgeous.Another thing, i am dying to see my little JHutch in action! Oh! BTW I know mine and Josh’s couple name! Joly! Cause my name is Aly and his is Josh. Yeah I tink about it a lot. But who wouldn’t think of such hotness all the time? Email me Josh!

    I think that Josh’s new house is really cool, but what do you do with all that space? It must take a while to get from your room to the basement, unless there’s an elevator in there too. I really like the fact that it is open and surrounded by trees though, it’s like living in your own private forest! Congrats on the new house!
