With Finnick Watch rumors swirling yesterday  around Taylor Kitsch, questions were raised as to whether Taylor will in fact be playing Finnick Odair.  Although  Taylor previously  informed the LA Times that he was not taking on this role,  Taylor  confirmed  again during a press conference  with Celebuzz that he will not be Finnick Odair.

According to Celebuzz :

Although Taylor Kitsch confirmed earlier this week that he would not be playing Finnick Odair in Catching Fire, the Savages actor continued to shoot down rumors revealing that he’s no longer in the running for any roles in the upcoming film.

During a press conference, Kitsch told reporters including Celebuzz that he was “definitely out” and wouldn’t be joining Jennifer Lawrence for the upcoming sequel to The Hunger Games.

So there we have it folks.  2 confirmations from Taylor that he will not be Finnick Odair. Fingers crossed we get some official casting news soon!!
