It looks like Josh Hutcherson is scheduled to appear at the Teen Choice Awards! The ceremony will air live on FOX on Sunday, July 22nd! No word yet on other HG cast members that might show up. Miley Cyrus is also confirmed so let’s hope she brings a date!
