Looks like the bit of island with the Cornucopia in the Catching Fire arena will actually spin. Russ Bowen, a news anchor in Asheville, has been updating fans on Twitter, and recently posted this update:

The lake he is referring to is the one at the Beach in Clayton County International Park, the location where they are shooting the Cornucopia scene. Looks like they are putting warm water in so our tributes can swim in comfort, which they will be forced to do since the Cornucopia clock will really spin!
