This morning Lionsgate revealed our first look at Effie in Catching Fire in the form of an amazing  Capitol Portrait.  In more exciting news, we now have the Capitol Portrait of Casesar Flickerman played by Stanley Tucci  via Fandango.  What do you think? Sound off in the comments!
