Watch the first full trailer for Josh Hutcherson’s ‘Red Dawn’

While we’ve seen a sneak peek of the trailer for Red Dawn last week, here is the full trailer from Yahoo! It looks pretty good, right? I haven’t seen the original so I don’t have anything to compare it to. But it seems like a movie with Josh Hutcherson and a Hemsworth brother would be pretty good! ;) Also of note, Kalia Prescott is a stunt double for Isabel Lucas in the film.

Hunger Games cast members participate in Teen Team of Unicity’s Make Life Better Foundation

Some of our Hunger Games cast members Amandla Stenberg, Willow Shields and Kalia Prescrott recently met with the teen team of Unicity’s Make Life Better Foundation and had a great experience.

According to a press release from PR web :

The Make Life Better Foundation announced today they successfully introduced their mission to combat obesity and diabetes around the world to The Hunger Games teen celebrities and their families, last month at the Kids’ Choice Awards Celebrity Fund Raising Event. The event benefitted the American Cancer Society and was hosted by GBK Productions, BOP & Tiger Beat at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills.

The Hunger Games, which started as a young adult novel written by American television writer and novelist Suzanne Collins, was first published on September 2008. The story is about 16-year-old Katniss Everdeen, who lives in a post-apocalyptic world in the country of Panem where the countries of North America once existed. The Capitol, a highly advanced metropolis, holds hegemony over the rest of the nation. The Hunger Games are an annual event in which one boy and one girl aged 12 to 18 from each of the 12 districts surrounding the Capitol are selected by lottery to compete in a televised battle until only one person is left.

The Make Life Better Foundation teen team—Christopher (age 15), McKall (age 15), Kylie (age 13), and Nate (age 11)—introduced the foundation to the Kids’ Choice Awards nominees and presenters and their families, and were especially delighted to meet teen stars from The Hunger Games movie. The foundation team talked with Hunger Games stars Amandla Stenberg (who played ‘Rue’), Kalia Prescott (who played the tribute from District 3), and Willow Shields (who played Prim).

Since its initial release, the Hunger Games novel has been translated into 26 languages and rights of production have been sold in 38 countries. The book received mostly positive feedback from major reviewers and authors. The opening weekend of the movie release at the box office was the third-best debut of all time and reached domestic numbers of $155 million. International numbers in over 67 markets were impressive according to Lionsgate the company which released the movie.

“I loved meeting Amandla who plays Rue in the Hunger Games,” said Kylie, member of the Make Life Better Foundation teen team. “We told her and her mom about the Make Life Better Foundation and they said what Unicity is doing to help people with diabetes is really cool.”

The Make Life Better Foundation teen team had celebrities sign their bright orange Make Life Better Foundation t-shirts as part of their effort to raise funds for the Make Life Better Foundation.

Unicity also donated an array of products to the American Cancer Society and the Kids Choice Event honorees and presenters, including their popular Bios Life Slim product. Bios Life Slim, created by Unicity, assists with managing blood glucose levels, cholesterol levels, and weight loss—three major concerns worldwide. Bios Life Slim also limits the impact of carbohydrate intake through its proprietary Slim Multiplier and is designed to help curb appetite between meals while maintaining necessary energy levels throughout the day.

Celebrities and their families were delighted to hear about the Make Life Better mission and the products donated.

President of Unicity, Brent Morrill, was pleased to represent his company in making a donation to the event and joined the teen team of the Make Life Better Foundation as they shared the foundation’s life-changing mission with stars and their families.

“It was great to join Hollywood stars at the American Cancer Society Birthday Bash and share a message of good health and long life,” said Brent Morrill, President of Unicity. “The Make Life Better Foundation team made a great impression on teen stars and their families as they shared their message of hope and health and products donated through the hard work, dedication, passion, and patronage of Unicity Franchise Partners, customers, and employees.”

The event the Make Life Better Foundation attended was held at the end of March to honor Kids’ Choice Award nominees and presenters and was sponsored by GBK Productions, BOP & Tiger Beat—recipient of multiple BizBash Awards for “Best Gift Bag” who offered its exclusive list of invited celebrities, VIPs, and media an opportunity to enjoy an exciting environment with gifts, refreshments and a charitable focus. Featured at the event was a 14 foot centerpiece Birthday Cake Press Wall in honor of the American Cancer Society to help people have more birthdays by fighting the spread of cancer.
