We came across this hilarious Handsome Men’s Club skit from Jimmy Kimmel  that aired in 2010 and includes our guy Lenny Kravitz (Cinna).

So funny and definitely a must see video. You can catch Lenny at the 5:30 mark, but I highly recommend watching it all the way through!

Our Plutarch Heavensbee was once upon a time in a film called Punch Drunk Love Adam Sandler (watch it if you haven’t) and we have discovered a little parody of a real commercial he did for the DVD extras. It’s short, hilarious, but does have light language just FYI! We love that PSH has a good sense of humor! Watch the parody below, and the original is below that. HaHa!

If anyone needs a refresher on our Johanna Mason’s past larger projects, here is a flashback to one of her more notable blockbuster’s Stepmom, which also stars Hollywood greats Julia Roberts, Susan Sarandon, and Ed Harris! The film chronicles a divorced family adjusting to the new women in their father’s life. I loved this movie, definitely a good one! Jena is so young and adorable in it!

In this week’s  Thursday Throwback, we are gonna turn back the hands of time and  take a look at our Effie, Elizabeth Banks when she was in high school!

Elizabeth attended Pittsfield High School in Massachusetts, graduating in 1992.  During high school, Elizabeth participated in a series of school plays, was a member of the Latin club and won an award for the Berkshire Young Woman of the Year in 1992 !  Wow looks like Elizabeth Banks was quite the student back in the day !

Last Thursday our district 2 tribute Isabelle Fuhrman and our district 3 tribute Kalia Prescott shared some of their own Thursday throwback photos. But in case you missed it, we thought it would be fun to share them again. Aren’t they adorable!!

In this week’s throwback post, we get a glimpse of a 14 year old  Jennifer Lawrence in these photos when she played the role of Shakespeare’s Desdomona.

According to the UK Daily Mail: 

She has seen her star rise very quickly thanks to the release of the hotly anticipated Hunger Games.

But Jennifer Lawrence’s acting coaches still remember her as an enthusiastic young girl hoping to make it big in Hollywood.

The 21-year-old strarlet can be seen as a fresh faced youngster during a showcase at her acting school in 2005.

Her acting coach at the theatre class, Charlie Sexton, spoke of the teenager’s desire to move to New York to pursue her career, even at a young age

He said: ‘She was inquisitive, eager, and attentive in class. I remember she did a scene from Othello and she picked it up very quickly. She learned really quickly. I knew she was going to go places. I didn’t realise it would be so quick but she said, “I’m going to do this.”

‘We didn’t get a lot of 8th graders saying, “I’m going to New York.” I got a sense that she was way more determined than most of the kids her age.’

He also told of Jennifer’s fast-learning abilities and how they would have helped her when it came to filming The Hunger Games.
