So check this out! You can now purchase the Katniss and Peeta Tribute statue from the Hunger games Adventures! However they can only be bought with Mockingjay tokens, the currency of the game, which you can get from Facebook tokens.

Now The Hunger Games Adventures have made the Katniss and Peeta Tribute Statues available for purchase inside the game!

There’s a catch, though. The statues can’t be bought with in-game money. They can only be purchased using mockingjay tokens… which can only be purchased by buying Facebook tokens.

THGA Tribute Statue Sale

The statues cost 50 mockingjay tokens, which equals $4.00 US currency. So, if you’re dying for one of these statues to decorate your Forest Escape, now’s the time to buy. Warning though– if you’re rolling in cash and want to populate your hideaway with dozens of tribute statues, it looks like they’re unique items, so you can only own one Katniss and one Peeta at a time.

hunger games adventures

March 23rd marked the one year anniversary of The Hunger Games Adventures launch. Created by Funtactix, developer and publisher of social movie-based games, The Hunger Games Adventures is available for free on Facebook and in the App Store.

Here’s what PRWeb wrote about the game and Funtactix:

Over the past year, the award-winning The Hunger Games Adventures has grown along with the fans of the series to include over 1,100 official story-driven quests. Spread over more than 40 content updates, fans have unlocked the official locations of 5 of the 12 Districts of Panem and met the heroes from the first film.

Funtactix continues to break new ground in social and mobile gaming by maintaining a consistent flow of new story-based content for Hunger Games fans on multiple platforms. The Funtactix pipeline allows the team to focus on creating great authentic content and streamlining its simultaneous release across multiple disparate platforms. Using this process, the unprecedented release of content will continue as the story of the game converges with the story of the second film, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, in theaters November 22nd.

To celebrate the occasion, fans were given access to an in-game gift of supplies to assist them on their adventures in Panem.

The Hunger Games Adventures Coming to iPhone

It was just announced  that the Hunger Games Adventures (the facebook game based off of The Hunger Games) will be coming to the iPhone! How exciting is that?

Fans of The Hunger Games, the hit young adult novel series and film trilogy in-the-making, have to wait until Nov. 22 to see the story’s climax, Catching Fire. Developer Funtactix looks to make that long, long wait a little more bearable with an upcoming update to The Hunger Games Adventures that will see the social game to iPhones, complete with Retina graphics and new content.
Soon to launch on iPhone (versions 4 and up), iPad (versions 2 and up) and Facebook, The Hunger Games Adventures update will provide players with a sneak peek of District 1 in the torn world of Panem. Players will soon have access to over 100 new quests (which we imagine will somehow connect the events of the first film with the second) to complete.
Better yet, we’re told that The Hunger Games Adventures has been rebuilt to allow for frequent content, and that Funtactix has plenty of reveals lined up for 2013 in anticipation of the theatrical debut of Catching Fire. Funtactix teases that The Hunger Games Adventures will release on iPhone “very soon.”
